In the fall of 1975 Rev. Clarence and Ethel Reed, along with their youngest son, David, and Sis.Reed's mother, came to pastor this church after ministering in northern Maine for twenty-three years.  The parsonage on Main street in Kezar Falls was too small for a family so the church sold it and purchased a large home on Hillside Avenue, much closer to the church.
Under Rev. Reed's thirteen years of ministry in Kezar Falls, the Lord blessed the church materially so the following cosmetic changes were made to the church:
The church's first bus was purchased in 1978.  There were many miles put on this bus transporting children to and from Sunday School as well as adults and teens to various services.  A lovely sign was purchased in memory of a member's husband.  We were able to purchase 600 Bibles and delivered them door-to-door in our community.  The members of this church constantly worked to maintain and improve our church building.

In June of 1988 Bro. and Sis. Reed retired after thirty-six years of service for the Lord and for the first time sinch the church body was formed it was without a pastor.  The church soon found the scripture Phil. 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me to be an inspiration.  Members found themselves doing things for the Lord that they thought they never could.  After much prayer and faith, the Lord sent Rev. & Mrs. Herb Wilcox to be our next pastor.
